I am a mom of 4 and ex spouse of an attorney who formerly worked for CPS. If only I knew then what I know today back when my kids disclosed severe child abuse by their father. I never imagined the courts would give preference to an attorney friend of the courts at the expense of our kids… but that is what happened and it seems that’s a real thing. I have learned now of many similar cases of ex wives of attorneys who naively thought the courts would protect the kids. Now I’ve filed a RICO lawsuit against the courts and other public officials who conspired against me under the Blue Wall of Silence and preferential treatment to the BAR association. I’ve also filed an Article 78 to remove conspiring police officers from their positions who were involved in my case and have a pattern of practice to conspire and use their office to dole out favors to cronies, family and political allies. Many of these apparently corrupt officials failed / neglected to take and file their required public officer’s oath as well. Our exes are attorneys and friends of the court where our divorce / custody actions occurred.  While Catherine was also an attorney, and a former federal prosecutor no less, her ex Allen Kassenoff was more influential in the courts. Catherine’s story sheds truth to Lizzie’s story and their stories shed truth to my story.  This is not a one off. This is a clear pattern of practice for the courts to ignore evidence of severechild abuse and award custody to the more favored party over the children’s right to life, liberty, happiness and freedom from harm.
