She is the Founder of EBinRA, Inc. doing business as Victims Voice and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Formerly, she was the Managing Partner of Holistic Business Solutions, a small business, and nonprofit consulting firm. As a survivor of child abuse and domestic violence, she has devoted herself to ensuring victims of discrimination, harassment, and abuse are heard, believed, and able to seek legal justice. She resides in Central New Jersey with her husband and daughter, as well as a myriad of adopted furry family members.
