                2/28/2023                                      Show #75                                                     Tonight's Guest Is Ian Murray,Sadly, he was falsely arrested, but never gave up, and, thankfully, has reached a settlement, although now we are trying to persevere (and not give up) in getting his story told, since the media sure was eager to tell it when this first occurred. It even involves his then wife fearing for her safety because of what was being done to her and Ian.He served our country in 2017 (military deployment to Afghanistan) and recently settled a case in which he was falsely arrested by the Jacksonville (Florida) Sheriff’s Office. He received a B.S. in psychology from Tulane in1974. Immediately following his law school graduation from Loyola in New Orleansin 1978, which he earned while serving as a juvenile probation officer in theJefferson Parish Juvenile Court, he created a specialized program to provide andtrain attorneys for abused and neglected children. That project, which developed theTulane University School of Law Juvenile Law Clinic, was one of only four in thecountry nationally recognized by the federal government for its innovative courtimprovements. In that project, he personally represented over 100 abused andneglected children.In Louisiana during the early 1980’s, he created a special project in theLouisiana foster care system to free more children for adoption, and as an appointedspecial district attorney in 19 parishes, he tried child abuse/ termination of parentalrights cases in 40 courts.                        Show #67                                       11/1/2022 November Is Family Court Awareness MonthMy Guest Tonight Is Cadence (Kay-dence) Harper,I'm 34 years old and a lifelong Virginia resident.  My case started in 1992 when I was just 4 years old until my parents divorce.  My mother was a narcissist, and my parents had a custody battle over me for years until I was emancipated at 17 years old.  At 18 I joined the army, but was injured a year later and sent home.  I got pregnant when I was just 20 years old.  I lived with Steven, my daughter (Melanie's dad) until she was about 4 and then we broke up. We moved around a bit and I ended up moving back to my narcissistic mom's house. In 2017, my mom filed false accusations of child abandonment against me in a county in which we didn't live in. The guy who was my Child's (Guardian Ad Litem) GAL helped my mom.  I filed a complaint for conflict of interest and of course the Bar refused to investigate.After years of homelessness, I finally got a house and won custody back on August 2nd of this year.  Melanie is doing well and her dad is very much involved. Not knowing anything different,  she thought her life was normal.  She worked in fashion,  music,  and industry until realizing the evils that lie within.  Leaving all to be a mother she started asking questions and looking into her brother's publicly controversial case. She also started receiving calls about NCMEC and exclusives first hand their loopholes.  On Thanksgiving 2021 John and Reve Walsh held their granddaughter hostage and assaulted Meghan while attempting to film it.  Reve pulled Meghan back by the hair, bloodied her nose and bit her with her baby in her arms.  After the assault Meghan went no contact with her parents asking them to get help and creating her own independence with the support of her therapist.  John and Reve proceeded to threaten and harass Meghan,  gathering the flying monkeys and contacting the absent or abusive fathers of her children. On April Fools day of 2021, Meghan was pulled over by unmarked police cars with her children in the car after leaving the farm where she worked and taught children's classes with colleagues for the community.  The nightmare and retaliation began there and has only continued to get worse.  Her new baby was ripped from her hands at just 5 days old, Meghan's rights to her older 3 children were terminated on their birthdays based on technicalities not evidence, all motions have been denied.Meghan has researched and has spoken out for years regarding child trafficking through our government and indoctrination through the media.  She speaks for this who cannot and stands to truly fight for the protection of our children and FAMILIES across the Globe.
