                     9/13/2022                                        Episode #64   Tonight's Guest Is Antonella,I'm a protective parent and a mother of two from Rockland county. When I had children I was the full time caretaker, I was a stay at home mom and housewife. Before that I was a dental assistant for 15 years. My children are my pride and joy and I was a devoted mother. During the marriage my ex husband’s focus was on building his career, making money, networking as well as keeping up with his social status that included golf outings, vacations, social work events and as well as maintaining his leisure social status, I focused on caring for the kids and their well being.  When I decided I wanted a divorce, because his absence, control and abuse was out of control. My ex-husband then came back at me with the attacks stating I was not good enough to raise the children and parent them. He stated to me that he is going to get full custody and I will be thrown on the street. My ex husband knew once we divorced he would lose all control of me and the children and would have to pay a significant amount of child support and maintenance. With that said my ex husband with the help of his attorney they  planned out a way to file in the court and attack me with false allegations that I am mentally ill and kept the he children from him.When my ex husband took our divorce to supreme court we were assigned Judge Sherri Eisenpress a family court judge who is an acting supreme court judge. CPS A/K/A DCF And The Constant Cover Up Of The Sexual And Physical Abuse, Who Is Protecting Our Children??

                           9/6/2022                                               Show #63 Tonight's guest is Sonnie,My family’s story goes back to the year 2013 when I filed for divorce to protect my kids from abuse.  I was very naive and trusting at the time. My ex is an attorney formerly for CPS and current Public Defender.  While I knew sometimes law enforcement and the courts might cut some slack for friends or family on things like minor traffic infractions, I never thought things would be so dirty when presenting the life and death matters of children.  So I trusted my high paid attorney to do the right things.  Unfortunately she literally served me right into the conflict of interest courts where my ex appears regularly and is known by everyone.I have spent over $250,000 to protect my kids.  I have had 5-6 judges recused / disqualified.  They ignore abuse at every turn.  My kids are still in his custody.  Recently when explaining  documented proof the Judge gave custody to my ex. the parent who strangulated my daughter and the kids complained he sexually abused them, cop said “that’s moronic.. how can he still be a judge”.  Next day, nothing from the police despite knowing my kids are failing to thrive, and police constantly being called to their fathers house and they still leave my kids there.I don’t smoke, I rarely drink, have never been arrested, never found to abuse or neglect my kids.  I am a medical professional.  I am BOTH  breadwinner of the family AND was primary caretaker of kids prior to divorce.Make this make sense other than this is CPS covering up sex abuser who worked for them.  After my ex’s role as attorney for Niagara Co CPS in NY, they knowingly hired a sex offender for the same position.  Attorney Nicholas D'Angelo is now indicted on 11 charges of rape including kid(s) in CPS custody.Well here it is 351% increase of children missing from care 2013-2019! Before a law in 2014 to prevent sex trafficking of kids from foster care, they were not reporting missing kids from care  94,906 kids missing that without the 2014 law would not have been reported.  missingkids.orgAccording to this report in the United States, most sex trafficked children come from our foster care system.  The reason I am concerned about this favorable litigation from the bench for sex offenders over the welfare of our kids, the hiring of known sex offenders for CPS and other sensitive government roles is because of this report by the US Dept of State on Human Trafficking. Is our judiciary / CPS / law enforcement compromised like the Catholic Priest scandal? Protecting Thieves By Jailing Their Wives

We mediated and never went to court. I did not take any child support or alimony and we made arrangements peacefully between ourselves for the remainder of our son's childhood.I met my daughter's father in late 2004. He quickly pushed me into a relationship with him, convincing me to move in with him in mid 2005 and quit my career as  a forensic scientist in 2006 to be a full time mother to my son. He then lured me into working in his business running a multi layered equestrian program, which I did for 9 years, never being paid a salary and being told the money was going into a trust for our daughter. That turned out to be a lie.We separated in 2014 which is when the post separation abuse began to escalate. Although he was never an engaged father and I was the full time primary attachment parent, he asked for 50/50 custody, farming out our daughter's care to alcoholic and drug addicted women rather than letting me mother our child. Our post separation experience follows the pattern of the family court playbook described by The National Women's Coalition.  Things got much worse during the COVID lockdowns and culminated in the event of June 28, 2021 where my daughter and I were attacked in broad daylight, she was seized violently by 8 police officers and I have not seen her since. I enjoy sports even though I have suffered from chronic injuries obtained during my days training horses. This is a significant strike against me and domestic violence victims, especially women since most victims are women. In summary, the court is obliging domestic abusers and "green-lighting" them to continue abusing their victim by usurping the right to access the justice system by barring victims from court. The court prothonotary also tampered with the case docket by falsely stamping my "timely" Reconsideration for a related filing late so it would never be put before the court. The PA Disciplinary Board dismissed my Complaint against the prothonotary who tampered my case docket regardless that I provided U.S. Post Office evidentiary proof.  All oversights, the state Attorney General, and the Office of Inspector General are derelict in their duty to investigate.  All Domestic Abuse non-profits that are supposed to assist with legal representation decline services.  Vengeful father syndrome (Doing Everything in their power to destroy any relationship with the healthy parent) caused by the narcissistic ex-husband interfering with adult children and Grandchildren relationships because often Many adult children decide to financially benefit from a narcissistic parent at the expense of the victim parent.  PA legislatures do NOT answer their phones or return voicemails, nor do they return emails regarding legislative reform or constituent services.Elaine is the other of author of Court-Gate...the Courts "Divorced from the Law" without Liberty or Justice at all is from a suburb of Philadelphia, PA in Montgomery County.           May 24, 2022                                Show #56Hosting Tonight Is Jeanette!May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  I think it’s vital to bring attention and awareness to the existence and prevalence of mental and emotional health under the umbrella of domestic abuse and violence, both during the relationship and post separation.As it’s always important to note, all abuse, no matter what form, is based upon power, control, dominance, and breaking down boundaries.  I also always like to bring attention to the different types of abuse – physical, sexual (both can be violent or non-violent), verbal, emotional, mental, financial, spiritual, and legal.  And once you leave an abuser, post separation abuse, which is a continuance of power and control, along with gaining revenge.Tonight's Guest Is Hope,Hope is obviously not my real name but it is what I am today. Today I carry the message of hope to anyone who is suffering from mental health problems and who is in the Florida family court system. I promise you that if I am here today as an advocate for a nonprofit, a sober mother, a present mother, a full time employee that is a full time student a University getting my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Victim advocacy, a sober active member of a 12 step fellowship yet still dealing with a narcissist coparent, you too will get to the other side. Yes, I suffer from mental health issues. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since I was 16 years old. But I also suffer from the disease of addiction which I would not wish on my worst enemy, this disease is a cunning, powerful and baffling one that ultimately wants you dead.
