Do Not Stay In A Toxic Relationship For Your Children!

Show #48                                                                      3/1/2022Tonight's Guest Is Amy,I am 38-year-old women with a 6-year-old daughter. My nightmare started ten years ago in February of 2012.  I was in a relationship for a year, with a man, that end roughly after a year of dating.  Only about 3 months after ending that relationship, he continued to pursue me and tell me he was a changed man. He promised me he would give me the world; we would get married and have children. Our relationship was a normal relationship, with the occasionally arguments, until close to another year later. In the end of 2014, I became pregnant and married within a 4-month period and that is when the tides really took a turn.  He began drinking everyday while I was pregnant, claiming he would stop once his daughter was born. But he only ended up showing up to my unexpected c-section delivery wasted.  After weeks, that turned to months, and then years he finally almost drank himself to death and I had to drive him to the emergency room at 245am, while my mother rushed over to watch our 2 1/2-year-old daughter.  Through all the alcoholic behavior it was always my fault he was the way he was. I work full time and solely took care of our daughter because he was always drunk. I did at one point believe the lies and verbal abusive things he told me.  But as I forced him to check himself into rehab for 3 months, I was so verbally abused and beaten down I was guilted to stay in the toxic marriage and horrible situation for my daughter from HIS OWN PARENTS. I thought maybe I should stay for the sake of our daughter, but I was wrong. After his release from rehab, he focused on himself, and by that, I mean abandon his family after 5 months, to have an affair with another women. After I confronted him regarding the affair, he claimed it was over. We went to months of marriage counseling.  I knew then I wasn't going to stay in the marriage. I filed for divorce in November of 2019 and kick him out. I have been fighting for my justice, well-being, and safety ever since. The Orange County court system has no regards for women and children's safety. I was verbal attacked and threated, feared for my safety, and tried to get an injunction to protect myself. When I filed for the injunction, I made it very clear how fearful I was for myself in the martial home only to be denied.  But one week later, I was assaulted in my own home. Verbally and physically assaulted this time.  Finally, the courts recognized that he was a dangerous man AFTER I was harmed. And the bruised he left on me didn't go as deep as the fear of looking over my shoulder wondering if I was being followed or if he would come back to finish the job. I had peace for about 5 months until we had to go to court for time sharing of our 5-year-old daughter who has been with me since the day she was born.  The hearing was ONE hour long....I wasn't able to say ONE word and he was granted every other weekend.  He does not pay a dime in child support or any medical expenses. I am just so discouraged on how the courts can hand over an innocent child to a person because he doesn't have to do anything to prove he is a good parent; it is just assumed because he "is one". The Nightmare And Corruption Of CPS A/K/A DCF!

Show #46                                                                                    2/8/2022Tonight's Guest Is Laura,Her nightmare with CPS began over 4 years ago, When they took her kids from her.  I was in the emergency room with my daughter who was 3 at the time and sick the hospital called CPS.The doctor falsely accused me of having Munchausen Syndrome (Factitious disorder imposed on another (previously called Munchausen syndrome by proxy) is when someone falsely claims that another person has physical or psychological signs or symptoms of illness, or causes injury or disease in another person with the intention of deceiving others).They made me leave the hospital and went to my older daughters school and took her.  Both of my kids were put into Foster Care. I was a single mom taking care of two kids.  They separated my daughters sent the youngest to live with her unresponsive father and his mom.  I fought this case and paid 100,000 on forensics physiologist saying I didn’t have that disorder. In the middle of the 2 week trial they changed the whole case to medical child abuse . The threshold to prove neglect is like nothing, I lost.  That case went on for 18 months while I was in NY and my other daughter was sent to Florida.  My oldest daughter and I had supervised visits for 18 months in front of a stranger 2 hours 2x a week.I regained full custody of my older daughter and immediately moved here to Florida thinking I would be allowed in my youngest daughters life . In March 2020 the judge gave me no custody I'm only allowed to see my daughter 1 day a week and a evening dinner. No sleepovers.This same judge gave me full custody of my older daughter who is 11 now .   All she ever wanted to was to be reunited with her sister, to have a sleepover.Then after that order which was so unfair they decided to withhold my daughter for another 18 months.  I put my daughters in the same school and the principal told me my daughter needed a court order to see her sister . I hired a lawyer here who took me for 10,000 and did nothing . Show #44                                                                                              01/25/2022Tonight's Guest Is Jen,   (A Repeat Guest)Jen Is an incredible woman, she is a true Survivor and Warrior and i'm extremely proud to call her my Survivor Sister.  Jen was one of my very first guests she was then dealing with an extremely abusive ex. boyfriend who physically, emotionally, verbally, harassed, stalked and cyber bullied her.  She was his original main supply as a real narcissistic sociopath keeps a hold on.I watched how he fooled and manipulated the Judicial system for months not to have have to be held accountable for his crimes as he continued to violate probation, restraining orders across two states.Most recently Jens abuser has seriously violated his probation when he was involved in an incident with a recent partner who called the police on him.  She minimized his violence, as most victims do and he threw her under the bus.  He lied to police about her, she was arrested and he is now slandering her the way he did Jen both on social media and to authorities even posting a photo of his bloody face which was caused by his vascular problems and not because she ever harmed him.  This is an ongoing story that every person should be aware of because this can happen to anyone.  These covert Narcissists are so manipulative and can convince anyone, even the police that they are the victim and that can be deadly.Update:  since the show has aired, quite a bit has happened adding to Jens story as is typically the case with a Covert Malignant Narcissist.  Jen's abuser failed to appear in court  for the 6th time and was finally issued an extraditable warrant with a 20k bond.  However, the corrupt authorities failed to arrest him despite having information on his exact location. ARE THE AUTHORITIES WAITING FOR THIS MAN TO SNAP,  AND MURDER A VICTIM???? I am not only a PPA,  but I am a mom who just lost my 4.5-year-old son to a filicide-suicide just a few months ago. Greyson's death was 100% preventable, but judges denied injunctions and restraining orders citing there wasn't enough evidence, But there was. They just chose to ignore it, giving power to parents' rights first, not children's safety.Greyson was just four years old when his own father murdered him during his court-ordered parenting time in the midst of a 'high conflict custody battle in Fort Lauderdale. I was a single mom from the very beginning. Greyson's father wanted nothing to do with us until he filed a paternity case when Greyson was six months old, for which he was instantly awarded 50% joint- custody. I was in an ongoing battle to protect my son despite years of evidence, including threats, degrading texts, violation of agreements,  and then finally cyber stalked, tracking devices on my car. I then filed a petition for a DV Injunction the day before Greyson was killed, which was denied. I also begged for an emergency pick-up order when Greyson was missing from school for 2 days,  again denied.I went to the courthouse to file a DV injunction. Two hours after filing, the injunction was denied stating not enough evidence was provided even though I wrote in BIG letters; I fear for my life, but most of all, my son's life. I also attached 250 pages of documents and texts with threats and erratic behavior. I also tried to get an emergency pick-up order b/c Grey was missing from school for 2 days, which was also denied. I then brought my car to a body shop in which they found a tracker on my car. I immediately brought the tracker to the Plantation Police Dept. and filed a claim. The morning my son was found dead, I called the police 3 times during the course of the day to get wellness checks because he was still not in school. I called Broward Sheriff's Office, CPS, Ft. Lauderdale Police; nobody would help me, stating the child was with his parent. That night I hired a locksmith to break down the door and coordinated the police to be there, and they found Greyson and his father dead with gunshots to their heads. Despite 4 years of trying to get protection, I was failed by multiple lawyers, mediators, custody evaluators, and 3  judges. The following day I received notice that my stalking injunction was approved, and a hearing was set for 2 weeks. That should of been enough to prove he was a threat.  No human being should have a child in their custody that is harmful to another human being, especially the other parent. If my DV injunction was approved, Gigs would not have gone to his fathers that night. Tragically, Greyson's story is not unique. Each year, 58,000 children are court-ordered into the custody of a dangerous parent. More than half a million children are ordered to be with a parent who emotionally, physically, or sexually abuses them by family courts. Over the last decade, approx. 900 children have been the victim of filicide. These abusers use a variety of tactics to hurt the other parent, including coercive control, gaslighting, and verbal abuse to make them out to be the victim. CC is domestic violence. It’s about power for the abuser and our current laws puts parental rights over child safety.
